Benchmarking workshops: "Good practice examples"

The key benchmarking premise
is learning from others’ improvements which can be used for business advancing
of the own enterprise. Benchmarking symbolizes a network of relations and
information exchange between, on one side, enterprises with excellent
performance and knowledge as a key resource, and on the other, enterprises that
need to learn to be better because of their expressed ambitions. In essence, the
benchmarking function means learning and continuously advancing, and a relation
between benchmarking workshop participants is shown through a concept of mentors
and experiences exchange at an inter-organizational level.
